Our Finest Quality range uses only the middle slices of the fish. We are also able to tailor our Finest Quality smoked salmon to your individual tastes of Oily, Dry or Medium cut.
Dry Salmon - Cut from smaller leaner fish. A smokier and saltier flavor
Oily Salmon - Cut from larger fattier fish. A more mellow flavor with little salt
Medium Salmon - If you have no preference for either of the above, choose our medium salmon which is a perfect blend of both of the above.
